At Sania Maskatiya, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our luxury designs, offering exchanges for items that meet our quality and hygiene standards within 7 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made or altered orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any issues or request an exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original Sania Maskatiya tags and packaging intact for the return to be approved.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in its original box to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your original invoice.

  Shipping & Processing

  Send the package to our designated returns center; once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit within 7-10 business days.
